10‑20 TPH Pellet Feed Production Line
This is a complete set of pellet‑making equipment for medium‑large feed mills with capacity of 10‑20 tons per hour. It completes full‑process production including raw material cleaning, crushing, automatic batching, mixing, conditioning, pelleting, cooling, sieving and finished‑product packaging.
It can process various raw materials such as corn, soybean meal, bran, fish meal and mineral additives to produce compound pellet feed for pigs, poultry, cattle, sheep and aquatic animals. Pellet diameter is adjustable from 2‑12 mm, with high pellet forming rate and good feed gelatinization for better animal digestibility.
Equipped with PLC automatic control system, the line runs stably for 24‑hour continuous operation. Robust structure and easy maintenance are guaranteed. Turn‑key solutions can be customized according to customer’s plant layout and capacity requirements. Widely used for large‑scale feed mills and big breeding groups.
