- Raw Grain Cleaning Section
Equipped with pre-cleaning sieve, vibrating cleaner, specific gravity destoner and magnetic iron remover to remove stones, dust, ropes and metal impurities, cleaning efficiency over 99% to protect downstream machines.
- Conditioning, Peeling & Degerminating Section
Adjust corn moisture by conditioning machine; dry peeling machine removes corn husk, gravity separator separates corn germ, bran and endosperm effectively. Separated corn germ can be collected separately for edible oil production to increase profit.
- Milling & Sifting Section
Combination of roller mill and plansifter for cyclic milling and grading. Final maize flour fineness ranges from 80 mesh to 200 mesh. The line can produce fine edible maize flour and feed grade powder separately.
- Automatic Packing Section
Dual-purpose auto packing scale for maize grits and flour, adjustable packing specification:5kg,25kg,50kg per bag to cut manual packing cost sharply.
