Mila  100–300 tons per day full-set maize flour milling plant adopts advanced dry-type peeling & degerminating technology, consisting of pre-cleaning, destoning, conditioning, degermination, multi-stage milling, fine sifting and automatic packing sections. Built with modular steel structure and central PLC automatic control system, the production line features high automation, low labor cost and lower power consumption. It can produce graded maize flour, maize grits, high-purity corn germ and bran simultaneously, with flour fineness adjustable from 80 mesh to 200 mesh, high flour extraction rate and low fat content complying with international food standards. Customized design is available for different maize raw materials from Africa, Southeast Asia and other regions, together with optional auxiliary drying system. The 100~300 tons per day maize flour processing line is a full-set large & medium-sized corn deep processing equipment adopting full dry processing technology without water soaking. Designed for corn with different moisture and impurity content from domestic and overseas origins, it covers complete production flow: raw grain cleaning, destoning, corn conditioning, peeling & degerminating, crushing, milling, sifting, flour blending and automatic packaging. Available in modular capacity options: 100T,150T,200T,250T,300T per day. Clients can customize machine configuration according to factory budget and finished product requirements. Widely applied in domestic grain factories, agricultural processing parks and overseas joint venture maize mill projects in Africa.
2. Complete Production Process
  1. Raw Grain Cleaning Section

    Equipped with pre-cleaning sieve, vibrating cleaner, specific gravity destoner and magnetic iron remover to remove stones, dust, ropes and metal impurities, cleaning efficiency over 99% to protect downstream machines.

  2. Conditioning, Peeling & Degerminating Section

    Adjust corn moisture by conditioning machine; dry peeling machine removes corn husk, gravity separator separates corn germ, bran and endosperm effectively. Separated corn germ can be collected separately for edible oil production to increase profit.

  3. Milling & Sifting Section

    Combination of roller mill and plansifter for cyclic milling and grading. Final maize flour fineness ranges from 80 mesh to 200 mesh. The line can produce fine edible maize flour and feed grade powder separately.

  4. Automatic Packing Section

    Dual-purpose auto packing scale for maize grits and flour, adjustable packing specification:5kg,25kg,50kg per bag to cut manual packing cost sharply.
