50TPD complete maize flour milling line adopts dry peeling & degerminating technology, covering cleaning, conditioning, milling and automatic packaging. Equipped with simple PLC control, less labor & lower investment. It produces maize flour, grits and corn germ, perfect for small grain mill and startup overseas processing project.

Dry peeling and degerminating without water soaking, adaptable for different moisture corn. Efficient separation of husk, germ and endosperm to guarantee high yield and good finished quality.
Compact Automatic Control System

Complete set with cleaning, conditioning, milling, sifting, dedusting and auto packing. Simple PLC central control, only 3~4 workers required to operate the whole plant, saving labor cost greatly.
Multi-grade Finished Products

Produce fine maize flour, different sizes of maize grits, commercial corn germ and bran in one line. Separated corn germ can be sold for oil extraction to increase extra profit.
