Wheat milling plant

This 20–500T/D wheat flour milling production line is a modular and fully automatic flour processing plant suitable for small, medium and large-scale flour mills. It integrates complete functions including wheat cleaning, stoning, air separation, wheat tempering, graded milling, fine sieving, flour blending, purification and automatic packaging. Adopting advanced bran and endosperm separation technology, the line effectively reduces flour ash content, improves flour yield and ensures bright color and stable flour quality. Equipped with a PLC intelligent control system, the whole line runs stably with low energy consumption and high automation, greatly saving labor cost. The fully sealed dust-free production process meets environmental protection requirements. It can produce various grades of flour such as special fine flour, refined flour, standard flour and whole wheat flour, as well as by-products including wheat bran and wheat germ, realizing high resource utilization and wide application.

The complete line boasts stable performance, low power consumption and high automation, which cuts labor input and reduces operational deviations. Its daily processing capacity is 20‑500 tons. It can make different grades of flour including refined flour, special fine flour and whole wheat flour, together with by‑products of wheat bran and wheat germ.
